Is Cannabis Cultivation Legal in Black Hawk County?

Chapter 124E of the State of Iowa’s Code or the Medical Cannabidiol Act and the Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) 641-154 allow the licensed cultivation of cannabis in Black Hawk County but for medical purposes only.
